- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Maintain and meticulously update daily and weekly performance reports for both internal stakeholders and external dealership teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis of dealership performance metrics related to Ford.com Digital Retail, Delivery Day Tool, and other innovative digital platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
- Actionable Recommendations: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations that empower dealerships to optimize their digital tool usage and significantly drive vehicle sales.
- Sentiment Monitoring: Monitor and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) sentiment across various digital products to gauge user experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly reports for Digital Dealer Advisory Board (DDAB) Members, showcasing performance and digital advancements.
- Data Integrity & Management: Rigorously audit data for accuracy, consistency, and logical fit within the business environment, ensuring reliable reporting.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Develop compelling ad-hoc charts, visuals, and reports to support management decision-making and respond to evolving business needs.
- Program Activation: Manage the formal activation process for eligible Dealers to seamlessly join digital programs and initiatives.
- Contest Management: Maintain accurate reports and standings for dealership contests, fostering engagement and healthy competition.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling for complex analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, interpret, and translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex information to diverse internal and external audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the U.S.A. for team meetings.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with digital retail platforms or automotive dealership operations.
- Experience monitoring customer sentiment or NPS data.
