- Designs and administers proactive programs, procedures and plans related to employee relations activities.
- Prepares files for discussions with unions / works councils.
- Provides guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations issues Investigates formal employee comlpaints and recommande the copagny's response to the emlpoyee.
- Conducts termination interviews and compliles reports & information.
- Ensures that legal requierements are met in terms of emlopyee relations to minimaize exposure to liability.
- Responsible for handling social legal matters
- At least 5 years of experience with end to end payroll process.
- Experience working with unions payroll
- Experience resolving legal requirements
