Payroll HR Services & Labor Relations ManagerLocation: Mexico CityGrade: L3Hiring Manager: Ana Carolina RanzaniMain responsibilities:

Designs and administers proactive programs, procedures and plans related to employee relations activities.
Prepares files for discussions with unions / works councils.
Provides guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations issues Investigates formal employee comlpaints and recommande the copagny's response to the emlpoyee.
Conducts termination interviews and compliles reports & information.
Ensures that legal requierements are met in terms of emlopyee relations to minimaize exposure to liability.
Responsible for handling social legal matters

Experience:Soft and technical skills:

At least 5 years of experience with end to end payroll process.
Experience working with unions payroll
Experience resolving legal requirements
