Thisincludes normal Service activities, Modification and Upgrades, and Newcompressor installations.Thesuccessful candidate will be based in Mexico and will bring a strong technicalbackground in compressors & compressor operations, excellent leadershipcapabilities, and a customer-focused mindset to drive operational excellenceand Field Service growth in the region.How You'll Make an ImpactOversee and manage all field service activities acrossMexico, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshootingof compressor installations.Lead and support a regional team of field serviceengineers, driving continuous improvement and training initiatives.Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, andcompliance with safety and regulatory standards.Develop and execute service strategies to improveperformance, customer loyalty, and revenue.Coordinate with regional sales and operations teams toalign and forecast field activities with broader business goals.Build strong relationships with customers, partners,and internal stakeholders to identify service opportunities, provide technicalsupport, and monitor service KPIs and team performance.What You BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, BusinessAdministration, Technology, or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevantexperience in field service, repair operations, or customer technical support,preferably within the compressor or industrial equipment industry.Strong technical knowledge of turbo and reciprocatingmachinery principles, operations, installation, commissioning, and maintenancepractices.Proven ability to interact professionally withmanagement, clients, and shop personnel, demonstrating tact, strongorganizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under timeconstraints.Strategic problem solver with strong analyticalskills, capable of translating business goals into operational initiatives,assessing training needs, and driving data-driven decisions.Experience with ERP/service management systems (e.g.,SAP, Salesforce), familiarity with regional regulatory and safety standards,and ability to travel regionally and internationally (10%-25%).
Fluent in English, with preferred experience at aglobal compressor OEM or similar manufacturer, and a solid understanding ofservice business operations and customer support.About the Team OurTransformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 andderivative fuels will rise.
