- Sales Performance Management: Oversee sales execution within the territory, guaranteeing effective deployment of the 5Ps and optimal resource utilization to drive growth.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct regular business reviews to assess plan compliance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions that enhance execution and results.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise sales supervisors and representatives, analyze performance metrics, and establish improvement plans to elevate team productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor in Business Administration or Related
- +7 years of experience in sales and sales operation
- Strategic thinking and analysis
- Strong forecasting, finance and budgeting skills
- Fluent communication skills spanish and english (65%)
