Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Procurement Team LeadYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification in Mexico, Apodaca NL. Main stakeholders are Planning, Production & Warehouse.You will be mainly accountable for:

Follow up purchase orders
Create purchase requisition
Invoice follow up
Workflows reworks
Inventory checks
Create open orders reports
Supplier meeting to validate possible shortages
Internal meeting with planning & production to validate scheduling programs
Solve warehouse discrepancies.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

You are immersed engaged in sap system & purchasing area and the electrical market
Ability to demonstrate your knowledge in purchasing
Possess an enhanced knowledge in sap system, purchasing and Power BI.
You are innovative around Placing orders, expedite payment, create requisitions & validate inventories and knowledge about Excel.
Degree in Administration, Commerce, Engineering areas
You are at ease communicating in English
Proactive, Analytical mindset, Problem-solving skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment.
