Handle consultations for US VIP clients and build long-term relationships with them;
Communicate with clients via chat and calls;
Provide outstanding VIP customer service through our communication channels;
Respond to client inquiries;
Resolve issues and ensure timely, effective solutions;
Maintain and manage the client database;
Present and sell the company's products and services;
Generate timely reports using the CRM system;Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably with VIP or high-value clients, either online or in-person;
Prior experience communicating with clients via chat and phone;
Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office, Google Services, and CRM systems is essential.
Advanced C1 english fluent
Personal qualities required:
At least 6 months of previous sales experience;
Ability to multitask, work with KPIs, strong teamwork, and results-driven mindset;Work format full time

Schedule: 2/2 , 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (two days on, two days off)What we offer:
