Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals, fostering high levels of engagement, performance, and technical capability.
- Implement and sustain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance, cost efficiency, and energy usage.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new equipment installation, retrofits, and upgrades.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
- Utilize Schneider Production System (SPS) tools and methodologies to optimize maintenance processes and plant layout.
- Identify and implement medium- and long-term improvement opportunities using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Ensure maintainability is considered in the design and deployment of new production tools and technologies.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of manufacturing areas such as stamping, copper processing, and paint booths, including understanding how these systems operate.
- Program and operate cutting machines, laser machines, and AMADA brand equipment, ensuring precision and efficiency in production processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Experience with automation systems, industrial machinery, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive operational excellence.
- Familiarity with safety standards, energy management, and sustainability practices.
- Deep technical expertise in manufacturing processes and equipment programming.
