- Maintain and manage HR data and systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including managing bulk data loads and imports.
- Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and update documentation for system administration and support developing manager and employee training.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to recommend and implement technologies that enhance processes, remove redundancies, or automate tasks where possible.
- Coordinate the release process for HR systems, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of changes to the production environment.
- Monitor and report on the progress of releases, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS support.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Functional understanding of HRIS design, structure, data, and processes.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Experience with managing bulk data loads and imports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
