- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new listings in the region, driving marketplace growth, while providing exceptional support to hosts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet sales targets for both B2C and B2B channels

- Churn Reduction: Implement strategies to reduce churn rate and retain hosts on the platform.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze acquisition and account management performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Qualify and drive inbound leads through the commercial funnel to generate sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to net new listings, churn rate, and host satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: To align acquisition and account management strategies with overall business goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in acquisition and account management activities.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.
- Coordinate with local and regional operations teams to guarantee the preparation of vehicles for sale.
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, business development and/or sales, preferably in auto sales or RV sales (nice to have);
- Fluency in English and experience in handling high-pressure customer situations and hit ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in handling administrative requirements (document handling, lease termination, etc.) is nice to have.
- Knowledge of consumer financing is a nice to have.
