  • Lead national sales strategy across retail, fleet, and agent channels
  • Drive volume, profitability, and premium brand positioning
  • Manage key account negotiations and fleet customer engagement
  • Oversee agent network and regional sales manager performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and eKYC processes
  • Chair Dealer/Agent Sales Committee and align with senior stakeholders
  • Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales team
Lead national sales for a premium automotive brand.Drive innovation and performance across key channels.A successful Vans Sales Senior Manager should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in vans or commercial vehicles
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Advanced English
  • Proven ability in customer segmentation and market strategy
  • Experience managing sales teams and dealer/agent networks
  • High agility, customer orientation, and empowerment mindset
