- Lead national sales strategy across retail, fleet, and agent channels
- Drive volume, profitability, and premium brand positioning
- Manage key account negotiations and fleet customer engagement
- Oversee agent network and regional sales manager performance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and eKYC processes
- Chair Dealer/Agent Sales Committee and align with senior stakeholders
- Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in vans or commercial vehicles
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Advanced English
- Proven ability in customer segmentation and market strategy
- Experience managing sales teams and dealer/agent networks
- High agility, customer orientation, and empowerment mindset
- Monthly salary range: $70,000-$100,000 MXN
