- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns for performance and delivery
- Set up campaigns, creatives, and tracking in collaboration with clients
- Monitor campaign results daily and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
- Build long-term relationships by understanding client goals and delivering value
- Upsell MGID’s products and features to support client success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams
- Stay informed on industry trends and deepen your expertise in native advertising and the LATAM market
- You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in native advertising
- You are fluent in Spanish and have at least an upper-intermediate level of English
- You have a deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and technologies
- You are confident working with data and performance metrics to drive decisions
- You possess excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- You are comfortable using platforms like Google Analytics; experience with Hubspot, Slack, or Jira is a plus
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of your work
