We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's®, Dockers®, Denizen® and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™We're looking for someone responsible for managing the Distributors Business across LATAM (Central & South America) .About the JobDeliver AFP for the Distributors Business Across LATAM with SBP of 14% CAG.Supervise the Distributors business in: Doors Expansion Plans, Wholesale Development, Merchandising & Marketing Strategies deployment.Secure holistic implementation of the brands guidelines across the markets.Plan together with Merch & Marketing the GTM for each Distributor.Secure the Cross functional support for each Distributor to deliver product direct from Vendors (IT, MPIM, D&L, Merch & Go Opps).Provide together with the Merch & Training teams the necessary education for the service levels that we need to offer as a brand.Support the financial securities that is needed with each Distributor.Expand Retail Practices from the Cluster to each of our Distributors: KPI’s Management, Trainings, Market Dynamics.About youEducation & Experience:Bachelors Degree in International Commerce, International Negotiations, Marketing or Business Administration.Ideal 3 years’ experience handling Distributors in LATAM and Teams.Ideal experience in Wholesale & Retail.Skills & Competencies:Commercial Drive.
