- Provide expert-level consultation on CSP services, including licensing, subscription management, billing, and Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Find opportunities to streamline CSP processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer happiness.
- Work closely with onboarding managers, account managers, and technical teams to ensure flawless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for sophisticated CSP-related queries and provide resolutions promptly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field.
- Language: English (minimum B2+).
- Experience: Strong experiene in procurement, supply chain, customer management, vendor management, or customer support (preferably in the software industry).
- Technology Skills: Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
- Global Experience: Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs.
- Technical Knowledge: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud offerings and subscription models.
- Familiarity with Microsoft CSP tools and platforms (e.g., Partner Center, Azure, Office 365)
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
