The position requires providing ongoing support, supervising analyst activities, and ensuring operational excellence through compliance with internal controls and process improvement.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and follow-up to assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the daily activities of analysts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, minimizing errors and risks.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of professional experience, including 2 to 3 years in personnel management.
  • Advanced English, with excellent comprehension, writing, and communication skills. (EXCLUSIVE)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (advanced level). Experience with payroll ERP (preferably Superpayroll).
  • Strong leadership, proactivity, and attention to detail.
