- Provide support and follow-up to assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the daily activities of analysts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, minimizing errors and risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Business, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience, including 2 to 3 years in personnel management.
- Advanced English, with excellent comprehension, writing, and communication skills. (EXCLUSIVE)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (advanced level). Experience with payroll ERP (preferably Superpayroll).
- Strong leadership, proactivity, and attention to detail.
