Advanced English requiredPrevious experience with corporate governance, legal teams, or entity management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end Onboarding experience as the main point of contact.Design customized implementation plans in coordination with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.Configure the product and guide customers through the initial technical integration.Provide initial training and support the early adoption process of the product.Document customer goals and milestones to ensure successful progress.Offer best practices and act as a subject matter expert on the strategic use of the product.Provide continuous support during onboarding, resolving questions and issues.Monitor satisfaction surveys and feedback to enhance the customer experience.Requirements1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, or technical support roles.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Strong skills in strategic planning, goal setting, and results measurement.High adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Customer-focused mindset with a strong results orientation.Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet commitments with clients.We help our clients enhance their talent attraction capacities, especially in technological profiles.We constantly innovate and actively seek to find the best solutions for clients and professionals.
