
Technical Support Engineer

- Establish remote connection with new and existing stores.
- Update call-tracking system in place, with required information.
- Support and assist external technicians to monitor stores with controller.
- Remotely troubleshoot and resolve problems with controllers.
- Programming and set point configuration and changes per requirements.
- Knowledge on refrigeration, HVAC systems it's a plus
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field, or related studies and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of validated experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Must have advanced oral and written English skills
- Knowledge on refrigeration, HVAC systems it's a plus
