- Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems with her/his key accounts.
- Negotiate the Sell Out annual target with her/his key accounts.
- Achieve and maintain Customer Share and Net Promotor Score above region's average with the key accounts assigned.
- Provide technical advisory to key accounts, establishing a calendar of visits and services according to crop development, in order to help them to maximize their profitability.
- Ensure that key accounts are the early adopters for new Bayer technologies and systems.
- Implement the sales activation plan designed for key accounts on her/his region, in alignment with the Sales Activation Team.
- Document all interactions/relationships and Customer Share with key accounts through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that Bayer provides for this objective.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related.
- At least 6 years of experience in sales or crop management is required.
- Key Competences: Customer Focus, Communication Skills, Negotiation, Account Planning, Digital Tools.
- Office knowledge. Very Strong managing Power Point and Excel.
- Salesforce or similar CRM.
- English desired.
