- Review and update of OHS documentation: procedures, policies, and legal compliance requirements
- Digital transformation of onboarding materials: Integration of new tools, platforms, or apps to make the content more interactive, accessible, and engaging for new employees.
- Benchmarking and implementation of best practices
- Training on internal platforms and documentation tools
- Promote a safety culture and keep our target zero accidents live
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial engineer, Administration, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Upper intermediate or Advanced English level (basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills) MS Office and database management, Power BI, SAP. Good communications skills, proactive, team player, collaborative.
- Availability for internship: January 19 to December 7, 2026.
- Graduation expected: December 2026 or afterwards.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, during the full internship program.
