Description:You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support . The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide strong and efficient administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.This person should be highly organized and analytically minded, with a commitment to accuracy. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.Qualifications:· Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.· Ability to multi-task· Refined verbal and written communication skills· Experience at Front Desk or Reservations a plus· Must be able to establish professional relationships within the hotel and manage confidential information· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.· High level of proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and ability to adapt to new tools and technology.· Discretion, integrity, and confidentiality are essential qualities for this role.· Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and willingness to assist with urgent matters as they arise.· Previous experience in a luxury resort or upscale hospitality environment is an advantage.· Must speak Spanish
