Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Shift Leader to oversee warehouse operations during a designated shift.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and managing inventory control systems with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
12 months of experience in warehouse operations or related systems
Ability to work independently and supervise routine tasks effectively
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Position Overview
The Shift Leader will provide essential leadership and coordination of warehouse activities during a specific shift.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily operations using established systems and protocols
Overseeing the receipt and storage of incoming goods and supplies
Supporting packaging development for outgoing goods
Supervising a team performing routine warehouse tasks
Designing monthly work schedules and allocating tasks to ensure efficiency
Conducting inventory control activities and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Operating complex equipment and resolving recurring inefficiencies
Using performance management tools to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness goals
