Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!Responsibilities:

Coordinate, document, and monitor continuous improvement projects within the supply chain
Collect and document departmental performance metrics
Update warehouse operating procedures and process flow diagrams
Lead and participate in self-directed team projects (PDCA/DMAIC)
Coordinate and organize the implementation of training programs for warehouse processes
Support compliance-related processes for certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEA-CTPAT

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree between June 2026.

Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):

Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD).
Good communication skills.
Good teamwork skills.
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English level
