- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the HR department, including assist in payroll related topics and vendor management.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and that new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Policy Implementation: Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are informed and engaged with HR initiatives.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and the overall enhancement of the HR function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as design & editing tools such as Canva.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
