- Understand inbound calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfoss's products and services for accounts in charge.
- Partner with customers via phone or email to determine their product needs and timing.
- Collaborate with sales, transportation, fulfillment, and plant teams to meet customer expectations.
- Handle Order Processing, Delivery/Warehouse Coordination, Order Management, and After Sales Process.
- Establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers by taking personal responsibility for each assigned account.
- Analyze customer forecasts, order trends, and contract details to anticipate their needs.
- Support fellow Customer Service team members locally and internationally to achieve annual goals.
- Identify gaps for potential supply disruptions and provide solutions for problem resolution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a Customer Service environment.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Conversational English.
- Problem-solving analysis.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Order Process and Escalation Process.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer focus.
- Ability to accept and grow from constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Sales Force experience preferred; ability to learn.
- Exceptional phone, email, and customer communication skills.
- Problem-solving techniques and implementation skills.
