- Develop and implement content-driven campaigns aimed at educating patients and encouraging them to seek medical treatment.
- Innovate approaches for patient interaction, including the creation of new solutions, digital ecosystems, and collaboration initiatives in the field of patient engagement.
- Guide brand teams in identifying consumer insights by collaborating with Market Research and Creative Agency partners. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all consumer insights and identify the most relevant ones for the overall brand strategy.
- Take the lead in developing consumer messaging and actively collaborate with agencies on the creation of creative platforms.
- Lead ideation and development of novel strategies to reach and support customers, such as exploring opportunities in digital health, based on the business needs.
- Develop social media partnerships with platforms, channels, digital Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), patient, KOLs, and other collaborations as needed, to promote disease awareness and education.
- Monitor metrics and adjust campaign parameters to enhance overall impact.
- Formulate and execute the operational Patient Engagement plan in alignment with the patient engagement strategy.
- Establish and nurture networks and partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist brand teams in shaping their consumer marketing strategies, including the selection of target consumer segments, development of Patient Journey, and definition of brands’ Critical Success Factors.
- At least 3 years relevant marketing experience – consumer related marketing strategy and tactic development – in multinational company(ies)
- Experience leading and/or managing multi-layered project(s) involving cross-functional/ cross-national working groups
- Experience working with/managing creative agencies and/or other vendor partners
- Tactic measurement and analytics experience
- Strong English skills to be able to collaborate with global counterparts with multinational backgrounds.
- You have a solid understanding and knowledge of digital/multi-channel marketing, incl. experience with digital tools and (social) media platforms. Experience with digital media execution
- You have solid project management experience and skills.
- Experience of developing and leading project in the absence of set procedures (creating a precedent)
- Some travel is possible, up to 5-15%
