- Oversee operational efficiency and quality control across all F&B outlets.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting to meet company goals.
- Lead talent development initiatives to cultivate a motivated and skilled F&B team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Foster relationships with key suppliers and industry partners to enhance our offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior F&B management position within a luxury environment.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for gastronomy and guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
