At WK Kellogg Co, we’re looking for a dynamic leader in Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) to drive key initiatives at our Mexicali plant.HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Lead programs in Safety, Hygiene, Perimeter Security, CTPAT, Medical Services, and Environmental Compliance.
  • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate standards.
  • Develop and mentor the EHSS team, fostering a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate workplace risks, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage EHSS KPIs, budgets (Anaplan), and plant-level reporting.
  • Drive initiatives such as GEMBA walks, behavioral safety observations, and predictive risk assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Mexican EHSS regulations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with international standards: OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and impact-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
