
Compensation Manager (m/f/d)

- Oversee salary planning, job evaluations, merit cycles, and annual incentive/bonus reviews for U.S. employees
- Conduct surveys and analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures.
- Perform pay equity assessments, collaborating with HR and Legal to ensure fair, compliant pay practices
- Utilize Workday for managing compensation structures, job architecture, and reporting
- Work with Finance, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment and external competitiveness
- Build compensation infrastructure to support future LATAM growth while maintaining compliance with U.S. regulations
- Partner with HQ Compensation and country MDs to refine compensation strategies focused on talent attraction and retention
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in compensation, with strong knowledge of U.S. compensation practices
- Proven experience with Workday Compensation and compensation analytics
- Strong background in market pricing, job leveling, pay equity, and compliance regulations (FLSA, Pay Transparency, etc.)
- Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English; experience in transportation or logistics is a plus
- Deep familiarity with compensation regulations across U.S. and LATAM, CCP certification preferred
