- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Value Strategy Services Associates across multiple regions.
- Strategic Oversight: Oversee the delivery of high-quality business value assessments (BVAs), value realization assessments (VRAs), benchmarking studies, and executive-ready presentations.
- Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements and standardization across value consulting workflows to enable consistent, high-velocity delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Value Strategists, Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and other stakeholders to align customer engagement strategies.
- Quality & Enablement: Ensure tools, templates, models, and knowledge assets are continuously optimized and aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
- Innovation & AI Enablement: Encourage and guide the team in integrating AI-driven tools and methods into customer engagements and internal processes.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, value engineering, corporate strategy, or related roles — with at least 4+ years of people leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, including experience with ROI modeling, TCO analysis, and business case development.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams in high-growth, high-performance environments.
- Expertise in strategic storytelling using PowerPoint and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Industry exposure to Financial Services, Telecom, Manufacturing, or Retail is a plus.
- Experience leveraging AI to drive business outcomes or productivity gains is highly desirable.
