- Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment.
- Input orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure problems are resolved.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelines are met.
- Bachelor's degree in business, international relations or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
