**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on estimates.
Sell the project over the phone.
- Follow up on completed project.
- Call existing customers who have not done work with us in a few months.
- Enter work orders in CRM.
Keep current the WO status.
- Submit invoices to Facility Management Companies.
- Communicate with the owner, office CSR, Sales Advisor, and craftsmen.
- Create performance reports from CRM data.
Basic Knowledge:
- CRM/Database concepts
- PC usage
- Outlook
- MS Excel
**Requirements**:
- Residence in Mexico
- Advanced level of English
- Skills: highly proactive and organized.
- American visa
