- Executes Human Resources strategies, goals, objectives, and priorities for the Mexico entity.
- Enforces a performance-driven culture in alignment with business objectives.
- Develops the HR department to provide high-quality support to local and international staff working within Mexico.
- Ensures compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Performs Union agreement negotiations.
- Promotes effective communication channels within the organization.
- Contributes to a dynamic and challenging working environment.
- Establishes appropriate fleet service and staffing levels; monitors and evaluates resources and procedures; allocates resources accordingly.
- Participates as a member of the HR management/leadership team.
- Keeps abreast of industry practices and trends in HR and communicates and recommends appropriate actions to management.
- Gives functional direction to the HR team in Mexico to ensure consistency with corporate values, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Attends industry association functions to obtain knowledge about latest trends.
- Acts as point of contact for management for key HR-driven activities in Mexico.
- Builds strong business relationships with Department Leaders, Middle Managers, and Country Manager in the shore base location.
- Supports individual managers and functions with advice on HR matters.
- Provides HR expertise and knowledge to facilitate business operations.
- Establishes local policy, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with company policies and local standards and legislation.
- Performs facilitative HR, driving yearly cycle activities (People Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement) and rollout of other ad hoc HR projects.
- Responsible for the successful implementation of HR projects in Mexico.
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational HR tasks.
- Manages contractor providing benefits to the company such as Health, Dental, and Life Insurance.
- Proactively identifies the need for HR support and development, and in cooperation with the relevant teams, develops and implements the necessary changes.
- Facilitates change management and organization transformation.
- Supports the business on drafting of internal and external communications, in consultation with the company's Communications team.
Desired postgraduation in Human Resources.Experience:10 + years of experience in the relevant industry, proven working experience as HR Manager.Skills:Bilingual Spanish/English – Proficient in verbal and written English

Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. These hours may be adjusted with prior approval from the department supervisor. Occasional overtime, work-related travel, and weekend work may be required, depending on company operational needs.
