- Implement DMAIC project to improve a detected opportunity related to the quality KPIs to be followed up ensuring complete-ness, accuracy, and consistency of the content.
- Use digital tools to standardize a quality dashboard for the use of the inspection team for them to properly follow up issues in a practical way.
- Support customer quality specialist to analyze customer claim (RCA).
- Support in Post Sales service activities.
- Collaborate with the product team involved in the main project and secondary activities to drive the improvement initiatives.

- Industrial , Electrical or any related engineering career.
- Basic continuous improvement/ assembly /quality or related knowledge and/or experience
- Fluent English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program and expected to graduate within one year timeframe.
