Role Purpose
Coordinate and oversee credit and collection activities, ensuring compliance with policies, minimizing risk, and optimizing processes to secure timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
Manage credit limits, assess financial risk, and authorize order releases in SAP.
Monitor customer financial health, past-due balances, and delinquent accounts.
Lead collection efforts, including negotiations, portfolio management, and account reconciliation.
Implement strategies and process improvements to reduce overdue accounts and enhance efficiency.
Prepare forecasts, reports, and support audits at local and regional levels.
Lead the credit committee and collaborate across functions to ensure compliance and governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
3+ years in Credit & Collections, with 5+ years in Finance within multinational companies.
Solid experience in credit assessment, risk management, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced) and SAP.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
