For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
**To be qualified for this role, you should have**:
- Minimum 12 months' call center experience (Service Desk, IT Help Desk campaigns)
- Ability to navigate through various tools/screens while troubleshooting with customers
- Ability to use questioning techniques to uncover issues and find the best solutions or actions to resolve queries
- Strong communications skills in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency
- Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
- 1 year of call center experience in Service Desk, Help Desk and/or IT campings
- Demonstrated ability to support our high volume of inbound calls
- Schedule availability 24X7
