Please visit our website:Job Description*Activities might change accordingly.The Assistant Project Manager will take responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standard and assist on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions.Handles commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project. Can work as part of a larger team or as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameter, project governance, project planning, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout project.Candidates should preferably have experience with MS Project, Primavera.This is an On - Site Job.QualificationsEducation/Experience:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in similar roles.
- Ability to develop report, project follow ups.
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
- Experienced in the following software packages: (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to analyze information
- Analysis of construction progress
- Percentage analysis
- Read and understand documents defining project, including but not limited to: agreements, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings
- Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
- Proficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct supervision
- Manage project correspondence (Meetings, Reports, Memos, Emails, etc.) to facilitate, maintain and track.
