- Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity
- Design and conduct time studies, work sampling, and other industrial engineering techniques to establish standard times and improve work methods
- Calculate and look for improvements to optimize Head Count
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new engineering changes
- Coordinate and work with the other areas to produce prototype samples
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify and improve production layouts
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues in production standard times
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on process improvements and new methodologies
- Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency (OEE)
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement improvements to enhance workplace safety and employee well-being
- Develop and maintain standard work documents (SOS, SWI, COM) for manufacturing processes and equipment operation
- Participate in new product development projects, providing input on manufacturability and process design
- Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing routes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events to drive operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Intermediate English
- Experience:
- 3-6 years in industrial engineering, manufacturing planner or a related role within a manufacturing environment
- With data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Problem-solving skills with a proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge:
- Six Sigma & Lean manufacturing principles (strong)
- Process optimization techniques
- Statistical analysis tools of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems
- Layout optimization and CAD software
- Engineering changes and new products introduction
