Job purposeBorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst Will be primarily responsible for preparing complex financial analyses. Periodically provides reports and special studies to Management. Responsible for the plant’s annual budgeting process, expenses, and statistical reports, including variance explanations and cost analyses.Key responsibilities

Performs financial analyses and supports other departments in preparing statistical studies.
Prepares and reviews the annual budget and monthly forecast with the different departments.
Uploads the monthly results in OneStream/HFM.
Prepares and uploads the monthly forecast in OneStream/HFM.
Performs inventory reconciliations.
Prepares warranty provisions.
Provides support in preparing explanations for the monthly results package for the Management meeting.
Prepares financial models and quotations (RSM) for the SLP plant.
Carries out the monthly closing process for assigned areas, including account reconciliations.
Ensures the integrity of accounting records through periodic reviews of expense and provision accounts.
Prepares provisions for expenses and services pending receipt in the warehouse.
Assists in the execution of the Annual Physical Inventory together with the Materials and Logistics team.

What we’re looking for

Education: Public Accountant or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration.
Experience in a similar position: 2 years or more in a similar role.
Required technical knowledge: General accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, financial statements, audits.
Other requirements: Microsoft Office, SAP, ERP system.

Required English: Conversational / Business.
