Post-payroll processes: managing food and gasoline coupons, savings fund in Mexico, and stipend payments in Central America and the Caribbean.
Third-party payments: ensuring correct accounting records, obtaining timely approvals, and saving proof of payment.
Internal client service: addressing common questions and providing support to internal stakeholders.
This position plays a key role in reinforcing consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in the execution of payroll processes throughout the region.QualificationsRequirements:Accounting-Administrative Bachelor's degree (only students graduating in December 2025 or June 2026)Proficiency in Excel and databasesDesirable knowledge of WorkdayStrong numerical analysis skills and attention to detailAdaptable to changeTeamwork and customer service orientationDesirable English proficiencyAdditional InformationOur Benefits
