Workshift: 7 am - 4 pmScope of the role:As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting hotel partners via outbound calls to promote and sell HBX products and services, including Civitfun, Roiback, and others. You will manage leads, track interactions, and follow up to close deals, contributing directly to sales targets. Additionally, you will support junior executives in their daily activities and assist the Commercial Operations Manager with reporting and monitoring team performance.Accountabilities:Conduct outbound calls to leads from provided lists, introducing the product/service and identifying potential needs following defined scripts.Qualifying leads based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their suitability for the product/service.Present product/service information and answer partner questions, addressing concerns and overcoming objections.Record all call details, leads information, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.Follow up with potential partners through phone, email, or other communication methods to nurture leads and close sales.Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets as defined by the Commercial Operations Manager.Support junior executives daily and coach them.Support the Commercial Ops Manager with reporting and team performance monitoring.Skills:Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulationHigh analytical skills, including experience with reporting tools.Sales-oriented mindset and aptitudeBasic computer literacyAbility to learn and understand the features and benefits of the product/service being soldProfessional telephony etiquette (ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during phone callsAbility to drive sales from interest to close dealsProfessional native English and SpanishExperience & Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related fieldExperience in team performance reporting and monitoringExperience training and coachingExperience working with CRM systems for lead management and trackingDemonstrate the ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of the hotel industryHigh school diploma or equivalent required2 years’ experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or a related customer service role involving phone (preferred).Experience using CRM system for lead management and tracking is a plus.At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
