As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to our success.Position Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting our local sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and logistics operations, and providing top-tier customer service.
The candidate should have strong logistical knowledge and possess experience in logistics and sales support.Key Responsibilities:Provide vital support to the local sales team by managing sales-related inquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting with the documentation process.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales order processing.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials to help the sales team achieve their objectives.Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.Handle logistics-related tasks such as order tracking, shipment updates, and managing inventory as needed.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's logistics services and products to provide accurate information to customers.Support the implementation of sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets.Requirements:Experience: 2+ years of logistics experience (preferably in a sales support or customer service role).
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Fluency in Chinese, English, and Spanish (written and spoken) is a plus.
