- Key participant in statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives
- Organizes on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with internal departments for identifying and resolving problems
- Collaborates with sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information
- Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region
- May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
