In this role, you will work on integration, optimization, and rollout of telecom solutions, collaborating with global teams and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Support shift operations (Day, Late, Night - low probability for Night) and on-demand weekend support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with Ericsson standards and customer requirements. Lead and supervise Authorized Service Providers (ASPs), ensuring quality and timelines. Drive continuous improvement and effective stakeholder management. What you bring 2-3 years of Telecom experience (Integration/Optimization/Scripting). English: Intermediate-Advanced. Strong soft skills: motivation, learning agility, communication, coordination, and leadership. Preferred: Project/Implementation Management experience, managing and supervising suppliers. Desirable: NRO process knowledge and RAN portfolio understanding (5G, RBS HW). RF background can be considered. Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Candidates must be based in Guadalajara)
