- Data Product Strategy & Development:
- Lead the coordination between Global Data & Insight Analytics (GDIA), product teams, Dealer Experience (DAE), and field operations to define, create, and deliver robust data products and impactful visualizations.
- Proactively develop and define new, strategic metrics that align with evolving business needs and data capabilities, translating high-level objectives into measurable outcomes.
- Act as a key liaison, aligning with product owners on critical metrics they want to track, and solutioning them from ideation through execution in collaboration with GDIA.
- Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Consistently audit, track, and ensure the highest quality and sourcing integrity of data powering various digital dashboards and data products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Training:
- Collaborate extensively with internal teams to gather comprehensive data on dealership success, using these insights to inform and strategically adjust training programs aimed at enhancing dealership operational efficiency.
- Lead coordination efforts with the Dealer Hub team, GDIA, and product teams to ensure seamless and successful digital product launches for Dealers.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to product and field operations teams, empowering them with the knowledge to effectively use and interpret various data dashboards.
- Insights & Communication Leadership:
- Present new dashboards and key metric tracking methodologies to diverse stakeholders, driving understanding, adoption, and data-driven decision-making.
- Co-create and refine surveys with the Global Digital team for leads and other products, meticulously tracking analytics on customer sentiment around digital solutions.
- Lead agile checkpoint meetings with the Dealer Experience (DAE) team during dashboard development, utilizing visualization tools (e.g., Miro) for UI/UX and providing rapid, iterative feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, digital operations, or business intelligence, with a significant focus on delivering actionable insights and developing data products.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data modeling, advanced analysis, and comprehensive reporting.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying strategic opportunities and developing data-driven solutions to complex business challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex data stories and influence diverse, senior audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the U.S.A. for team meetings.
- Master's Degree in Business, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
- Experience with specific Global Trade Management (GTM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficiency with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with dealership operations or digital retail platforms.
- Knowledge of sourcing, part release, and/or codification processes within a manufacturing or supply chain context.
- Experience with Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L), Pre-Production, and/or Product Development (PD) project management.
