- Train and advise distributors on technical aspects of ingredients such as starches, fats, oils, pectins, and sweeteners.
- Monitor distributors' commercial performance using defined KPIs and generate follow-up reports.
- Identify business opportunities in key markets and coordinate entry or expansion strategies.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations to end customers together with distributors.
- Proactively resolve operational and commercial issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics) to ensure effective strategy execution.Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, distributor management, or key account management.
- Proven technical knowledge of food ingredients.
- Experience developing sales plans with distributors.
- Strategic thinking and results-orientation.
- Effective communication with diverse teams and technical clients.
- Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Advanced english
