- Identify transportation documents and incoming correspondence with accuracy.
- Upload information to document management system for file maintenance and Cargo Claims Specialist review.
- Ensure electronic files are complete and accurate, including transportation documents, relevant claim documents and correspondence
- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrate an understanding of when to escalate issues to the attention of Cargo Claims Specialist or Supervisor.
- Ability to understand, manage, and prioritize with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work with team members and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
