
Property Association Manager

- Serve as the main point of contact for each associations board of directors
- Prepare board meeting agendas and create meeting packets
- Attend and facilitate regular, annual, special, and emergency board meetings and executive sessions
- Oversee and follow up on board meeting action items
- Handle elections, special assessments, and secret ballot votes as needed
- Ensure all local, state, and federal compliance requirements are met (including Davis-Stirling)
- Oversee annual reviews: financials, tax returns, reserve studies, insurance renewals, and policy/budget disclosures
- Keep governing documents and policies current, and recommend updates when necessary
- Work closely with legal counsel on issues requiring legal oversight
- Review and approve monthly financial statements and weekly invoices
- Draft annual budgets and work with boards to gain approval
- Monitor assessment delinquencies and direct appropriate follow-up or escalation
- Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Guide support staff on maintenance and repair issues
- Manage or oversee building projects and capital improvements
- Maintain a building maintenance calendar and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Conduct monthly site inspections to stay familiar with each property
- Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality service
- Provide daily direction to Assistant Community Managers and on-site support teams
- Address homeowner and resident inquiries, notices, maintenance issues, insurance claims, and more
- Lead regular team meetings to maintain efficiency, communication, and service excellence
- BA degree
- Community Management experience is a plus
- 1-3 years experience
- English accent level 2, desirable 1
- Superior management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Propensity to undertake tasks and projects under their own initiative
