- Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) function, acting as the main HR point of contact for the trade marketing team
- Spend 30-40% of the time in the field, observing operations and applying coaching & feedback methodologies
- Manage core HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and performance management.
- Drive Talent Management & Development (TMD) initiatives and analyze HR KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and support HR strategies while being open to national and international travel, including stays of up to 1-3 weeks.
- End Market implementation of the Global Learning & Development agenda:
- Develops, delivers and facilitates innovative local learning interventions that respond to local business demands.
- Evaluates all learning and development activities. Such evaluation should seek to cover Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Final year students (expected graduation date on May 2025) or fresh graduates (graduation from May 2022 to December 2024)
- Up to 3 years of professional experience (internships are considered)
- Fluent in English (advanced level)
- Experience in the FMCG industry
- Must be open to national and international mobility
- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background are desirable
