Coach and guide trainees, addressing improvement areas
Set clear training expectations and encourage active participation
Suggest improvements for training design and delivery
Collaborate with mentors to monitor agent performance
Participate in program evaluations to ensure effectivenessWhat We Are Looking For
Bilingual proficiency English level B2C1
College graduate any course or 612 months of training experience preferably in a call center
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to motivate and engage people effectively
