Take ownership of all projects under the product group with Profit and Loss (P+L) responsibility.

Manage and coordinate all project management activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Work closely with the quality improvement and production teams to ensure profitability and that products are delivered in a timely manner.

Build and manage customer relationships for the allocated products and projects with the aim of fostering profitable growth.

Create and implement a comprehensive business plan for the product, overseeing all projects and strategies associated with it.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and unified approach towards achieving program objectives.
