Customer Service is a $45+ billion market that’s growing at 14% each year, and Employee Service is a $14+ billion market growing at 15% annually.As a GTM Onboarding Coordinator, you would assist the Global Go To Market Academy in setting up smooth logistics across planning, scheduling, hosting and measuring onboarding programs in our global hubs and regions.Your primary goal will be to ensure the logistical success of our bootcamp and extend programs through thorough planning, attention to detail and clear communication.What you'll do:Handle coordination, scheduling, and logistics for internal GTM Academy activities including venues and working with our Workplace Experience teams for needed equipmentCoordinate off-site and virtual trainings including registration, travel and other administrative dutiesCommunicate to employees about training options, including training plans focused on new hires and new in role promotions/transfersMaintain updated curriculum database, bootcamp records, and filesUtilize a learning management system to track attendance and attainmentTrack and report on training outcomes, providing feedback to program participants and managementEstablish and maintain relationships with Internal employees as well as potential external contractorsWhat you bring to the role:Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional business environmentProven work experience in coordinating multiple events in a corporate settingFluency in EnglishEffective multi-tasking and organizational skillsExceptional time management skills with adherence to deadlinesDetail oriented, with high productivity; experience with multiple corresponding deadlinesProactive with a team-player attitude with proven people skillsThrive in a fast-paced environmentThink creatively and outside the boxProficiency across the Google Suite, especially Gsheets and Slides and other project management tools like Asana and Learning Management tools like SeismicAn intellectual curiosity mindsetExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsDesired Incremental Skills:Experience in sales, sales development or customer serviceExperience in data analysisPrevious experience in onboarding rolesPlease note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week.
